I was out in the Tensas River NWR hoping to photograph Louisiana black bears. I had no luck with the bears, but did have the opportunity to follow and photograph two otters mating. This photo was taken when the female otter looked up, and was surprised to see me there.
Our boxer who recently passed after 10 years, he loved the boat rides on the river.
This was taken in Chinquapin Canal in Maurepas, Louisiana. We came across a few wild adolescents and couldn’t help but snap a picture of natures wild beauty!
No picture of a fish or deer but here’s one of me in the great outdoors doing what I love as a school crossing guard!
