Born in Baton Rouge but my family is from Mamou. I love to cook and make smoked meats using old Cajun recipes and techniques. I’ve built 2 walk in smoke houses. I love to learn from the experts. My goal is create a Cajun cookbook.

My brother is a bass fisherman from Alabama, he came down to Slidell to visit and hooked his first red!
