Last time we went out on Lake Veret she was catching the heck out of some catfish. The big motor broke while we were out and then I sheared the pin on the trolling motor and we forgot the paddle. Luckily enough a good fella came along and gave us a tow in but we still had a good day and a ice chest full of fish.
First time fishing this young crew.
My husband caught a beautiful Red on the beach at Cameron, Louisiana near Sabine Pass. The rainbow in the background was a bonus to the already great photo.
Fishing is such a great sport it also teach us, patience. Take a kid fishing, let’s change lives 1 cast at a time.
